With over thirty years experience in the alcohol licensed industry experience working in senior management positions with Whitbread, Bass and Luminar Leisure, Bill Donne brings an operators perspective to licensing matters. Bill Donne runs the Consultancy Division of Silver Fox (Licensing) Consultants Ltd, and provides specialist support to independent operators to their Client base that includes many restaurants, bars and cubs located in Reading, Brighton and London. He writes bespoke operations manuals containing policies and procedures covering the daily management of late night bars and venues. He has been representing Clients in licensing matters for over ten years in the Magistrates Courts, and more recently before Licensing Committees including Reading and the City of Westminster. Silver Fox is an accredited training company with the BIIAB and Bill Donne tutors on the NCPLH, the NCDPS and the NCLP. He is the Secretary to Reading Town Centre Pubwatch and sits on the Business Improvement District Committee, National Pubwatch, the Student Safety Group and the Town Centre Delivery Group. Bill Donne is the Chairman of the auditing team for Reading Safer Bars scheme and conducts audits of operating standards in licensed premises.
