The Frog and Parrot on Division Street has been crowned Sheffield City Centre’s Best Bar None at an awards ceremony which took place last night (27th January 2010) at The Cutlers’ Hall. The award was presented to The Frog and Parrot by John Gaunt of licensing solicitors, John Gaunt & Partners who are the Title Sponsors of Sheffield’s Best Bar None Awards. The announcement was made after a seven-month process where the 45 licensed premises that entered the scheme were visited by independently trained assessors to verify their operational standards and best practice. The premises were then short-listed and the results presented to a panel of judges to decide the winners.
