Publicity toolkit available to Best Bar None PDF  | Print |  E-mail

Best Bar None schemes across the country will be able to effectively promote themselves by using the new PR toolkit developed by the national Best Bar None. The toolkit will be available via the national Best Bar None website (www.bestbarnone.com) from the end of November.

Many BBNs have expressed the desire to be able to promote their schemes to a wider audience and in turn, to raise the profile of both their local scheme and also the wider concept of Best Bar None. Whilst many schemes are already effectively using the media to boost their projects, particularly through partnerships, others do not have access to public relations support. The toolkit is intended to help fill that gap.

John McNamara, BBN Chief Executive, said, “We have been hearing from our schemes that they want to be able to promote themselves, both to their licensed trade and also to the public. We understand that many schemes are run by a small team and may not have resources available to help them promote their scheme. The toolkit, available on the national Best Bar None website, is a no nonsense guide to getting the most from the media.

“We are also urging BBN schemes who have been successful in promoting their schemes to share their best practice and ideas. We want Best Bar None to become a recognised symbol across the country of well run licensed premises and wider promotion to the public is the only way to achieve this.”

BBN schemes wishing to highlight and share best practice ideas should email This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .

The publicity toolkit is available to download from the Forms section of the website.
